Funny thing is It wasn't anywhere near this bad in Windows Media Player on Windows 7, in fact, the pixels were barely noticeable. It actually looks way worse on my monitor in full screen than it does in this picture. Sometimes, if there's a group of people or something, you can barely make anything out in the worst cases.

This should make the video smooth again, but you'll notice that anytime you play a video, the Windows Aero theme gets disabled.

Are those pixelated files in AVI format? Maybe you installed an earlier version of XviD which caused exactly that in full-screen videos.

About that monitor profile, you can use it anyway as it won't mess with the colors being displayed. Also, you can search for more profiles to try with Adobe's software.

I did use the default color profile I didn't norice any difference. Now that I'm using CS4 versions I didn't get that warning.
