I can't get it to turn off because it starts as soon as I launch the app. It does not appear to have anything to do with the suggested IE issues everyone else is reporting. Anyone else experiencing this issue, and has anyone figured out how to get around it?

Other than this, it seems to run ok. Note that for several years, I log into the app by checking the box "I want to sign into Money directly, without online services", and that has always worked until now.
